ICG is honored to be a partner in the development of the San Marco Crossing, a 486-unit multi-family development in the San Marco neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL.

The project, on the former site of Southside Assembly of God, will include a pool, a clubhouse, a parking garage and 362 parking spaces, according to site plans.

The project is from the same developers behind San Marco Promenade, another apartment complex being built further down Philips Hwy. Both are located along the eastern boundary of the San Marco neighborhood.

This project will provide a great new residential option for residents with proximity to the following areas of Jacksonville: Downtown, Riverside, San Marco and the Southside.
