The Recruiting Department at Innovative Construction Group consist of Lead Recruiter, Jorge Reyes, and Recruiter Marcia Sweatt. The goal of the recruiting department is to find and place top-notch talent for right positions. The recruiting team is responsible for hiring over 250 employees across Jacksonville and Green Cove Springs, Florida. ICG’s hiring needs are a significant challenge annually. The Recruiting Department posts vacancies on the ICG’s website (www.IcgBuilds.com), Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor, which are updated weekly.

The hiring process begins with the applicant’s application and resume review. If the candidate experience matches the job description the recruiters will conduct a phone screening. If the phone screening confirms the qualifications of the applicant an in-person interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager. If the candidate receives a job offer, the pre-employment process will be initiated. The pre-employment consists of a drug screening, physical and background check, and some positions require a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Upon successful completion of the pre-employment process the candidate is scheduled for HR and Safety Orientation and begins their career with ICG.
