ICG Leverages Interactive Training

Technology has had a big impact on our lives and now we are able to utilize technology more while training employees. Developing training to be more interactive and engaging has been a big intent for the training department. We now have more varieties of training than ever before. Previously, training content has been mainly videos with questions that follow. With ever-changing software, we can create interactive photos, interactive animation, and flashcards to learn new vocabulary. The training department is utilizing this technology to improve E-learning courses.
