ICG Holds Florence Ribbon Cutting
ICG is excited to share that we held our Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for our Florence SC operation on October 20th 2022. This event was attended by Lieutenant Governor, Pamela Evette, Florence County Council Chairman Willard Dorriety Jr. and several other local dignitaries to commemorate the official opening of our facility in Florence, SC. The investment in Florence by ICG is not only in the facility and machinery but has always had a primary focus on the people of Florence and the surrounding areas. This plant is scheduled to bring 179 new jobs to the area. Jobs opportunities range from accounting and human resources to plant personnel and drivers. What a great opportunity it is for ICG to be a part of this community and we are thankful to the state, county and city that have welcomed us with open arms.
The Florence SC facility is a 200,000 sq foot state of the art off site component manufacturing facility that will enable the construction process for the areas it serves to become more efficient and consistent. Please see links below to the press release, photos of the event and local news coverage.
