The Stadium Home by Dream Finders Homes at EverBank Field

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Dream Finders Homes recently completed building a home on the grounds of EverBank Field. Located in the Southwest corner of the stadium, the home will serve as a hospitality and fan experience. For the next 24 months, during home games, fans will be encouraged to go inside and tour the home.

Dream Finders Home President Patrick Zalupski came up with idea after visiting Paris and seeing a department store with a home built on top of it. He presented the idea to the Jacksonville Jaguars and they supported the project due to its pro-business values.

Innovative Construction Group (ICG) was proud to participate in this exciting project as the framers and the threaded rod installers.
