We Are Never Done Learning

While ICG continues to grow, our employee skills are growing as well. As Ryan Melin discussed in his last Q3 Town Hall, change is coming. Part of that change is developing skills where there are gaps in the company’s needs and being willing to adapt to this change. 


The Association for Talent Development article We’re Never Done Learning outlines some key components to improve Talent Development within companies. “We’re never done learning,” stressed Bingham.
