Building the Future
A Project Administrator (PA) plays an integral role in the success of the overall functionality of Innovative Construction Group (ICG). The PA will be responsible for several key tasks that will help set each project up for success and ensure that it runs smoothly throughout the entire project life. The items for which the PA will be responsible for will include, but not be limited to, entering new projects into AppWright, updating jobs in AppWright, entering sales orders, ordering job related materials, creating labor purchase orders, reviewing invoices from vendors and pre-construction tasks. The PA will report to the Operations manager, and will be expected to be well organized, self-starting, and motivated to complete assigned tasks on time and with accuracy.
