The HR Generalist will support HR initiatives across multiple areas within the HR department including talent and performance management, recruiting, employee relations, development, benefits, regulatory compliance, and HR reporting and analytics. The position consults and advises management on several human resources issues including employee relations, engagement, compensation, performance management and employee and management training. This position acts as a resource and advisor to all levels of employees.
